Consultation

Every Blackwater commission begins with a personal consultation.

We'll discuss who will be photographed, the style of artwork you're drawn to, where the finished pieces will be displayed, and how you'd like your story to be told. This allows us to design a portrait experience that is uniquely yours.

Portrait Session

Your session is relaxed, personalized, and created around the people and animals that matter most.

Rather than rushing through a list of poses, we focus on creating authentic connections and beautiful artwork. Every session is designed with the finished portrait in mind, ensuring your images are created with purpose from the very beginning.

Design & Ordering Appointment

After your session, you'll return to view your portraits and select your favorite artwork.

Together, we'll design wall displays, framed portraits, albums, and heirloom pieces that complement your home and celebrate the relationships most important to you.

Your finished artwork is professionally crafted using the highest-quality materials and designed to be enjoyed for generations.

Commission investments typically range from $1,499 - $3,500+, depending on the artwork selected.

Your investment is based on the artwork you choose, including framed wall portraits, statement pieces, gallery walls, albums, and heirloom products designed specifically for your family and home.

Every commission is unique, and we will guide you through selecting artwork that best fits your vision, your space, and the story you want to preserve.’
